OVER TRAINING? WTF!

Jye you train too much. YOU DON’T TRAIN ENOUGH.
Jye you’re injured because you’re over training. I’M INJURED BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN TRAINING FOR 20+ YEARS NOW, ITS INEVITABLE FOR NIGGLES TO COME AND GO.
Jye you shouldn’t train every day it’s bad for you. SO IS EATING SHIT FOOD AND DOING 1 PILATES CLASS PER WEEK
SERIOUSLY!

Everyone’s so worried about over training and it blows my FARKING mind. What about all the people UNDER TRAINING! There is a war going on at the moment, the rate of obese, depressed, weak, lazy people is climbing rapidly, and the world we live in promotes it. They are making everything so easy for people, it is creating an unhealthy monster, a monster full of excuses and fear.

Whether it’s the fact we can have anything at the push of a button now, or the misinformation they vomit on the TV, it is all working against us. I hate to break it to you but the new wobble belt belly fat blaster 2000 does not work!

Yes, evolution is a great thing but we can’t forget who and what we are; HUMANS. We are not robots and nothing good comes easy!On top of that, all the moose knuckles on the Internet confusing everyone when it comes to health and fitness doesn’t make it any easier! These poor people looking to make a change are doomed before they even begin because all the stupid information out there.  “Here, pay $149 for my ebook filled with BS so you can become overwhelmed and go back to the pantry to eat a mars bar”

Fitness is not rocket science! Keep it simple!

I TRAIN EVERYDAY (multiple times some days), if I need a rest day I will take one. I’m not saying you have to train everyday to see results. Im not saying your body doesn’t need rest in order to repair and progress etc

What I’m saying is that if you like to train everyday like me, DO IT! Just be smart about it. Structure your weeks properly. Make sure you eat plenty of the good foods, drink plenty of water and get some sleep.

If you are not training yet, start now, just DO SOMETHING, ANYTHING, don’t over think it, life is complicated enough.

BOTTOM LINE,I bet my balls there are more people NOT TRAINING ENOUGH compared to those ‘TRAINING TOO MUCH’.

So get off your A$$ and DO THE WORK!
