So many people these days want to build muscle, burn fat, lose weight, Yet, they don’t want to do what they need to do to get it.
Everyone wants to HAVE more, but they don’t want do have to DO more.
If you think you are going to succeed at anything or become more of anything and continue to do the same things you’ve always done, you are insane.
If you want more you need to do something now. Take risks, give it a go, try something new, do something! Eat different, train harder, sleep better, work harder.
Its not always going to work but if you do these things with intent and do them often enough good things will happen!
If you change nothing, nothing changes…. Say it again
