Our team of experienced and friendly coaches take pride in all that they do. Our coaches have a variety of skills and fitness backgrounds, thus allowing us to help you with a true holistic approach in ways many others can not.
GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Our group fitness classes are programmed using our Prana Athletica Training System. They are trialled and tested by our coaches to ensure you are hitting all components of your health and fitness, thus yielding the best RESULTS!
