Everyone should try hit 2-3L of water daily, I hit between 3-5L every day but I love to train ALOT.

How I get this much water in is..

1. When I wake up every morning the first thing I do is drink 500ml of water, this is my morning routine. It helps kick start my body and gets me ready for my day. Even before I go to bed at night I will drink a glass or 2 of water.
2. Every coffee I drink I have a nice big glass of water, they say to have 2 glasses but 1 works for me.
3. Every training session I drink around 1L of water.
4. Every time I eat, I drink a 2-3 cups of water, before, during and after but have no system there just drink it because its what real g’s do.
5. I carry a water bottle most the time, when I do it is so much easier to get this much water in.

If you are one of these people that don’t like the ‘taste’ of water, I used to try sympathise with you but that goes against what I believe. Its water just drink it, we are built on water, we are made to drink water, we are humans, it doesn’t need a taste! Just drink more farking water you cuck!
