We all have 168 hours in the week.
Majority of people would work out between 2-5 hours per week, and that is being very generous.

What do you do with the other 163 hours left in your week?

Work? Welcome to the real world, most of us do.
Sleep? I’d hope so!

What people seem to think, is if they go to the gym a few times per week, it doesn’t matter how they behave during the hours away from the gym. Unfortunately , that is not the case.

Yes, busting your ass at the gym regularly is crucial, you create discipline, build your mental and physical strength. Though, Discipline does not end there, training is the easy part, your lifestyle, your nutrition, your consistency with this all is the hard part.

Are you drinking, smoking and partying too much? Doing too many the things YOU KNOW you shouldn’t be doing?
Are you sleeping enough?

Are you eating more good foods than bad foods? Drinking enough water?

Its all good and well to be training HARD a few times per week but if your eating and acting like a slob during the other 163 hours they will cancel each other out.

If you are training HARD in the gym and not progressing how you think you should be, be brutally honest with yourself, fix whats not working and keep doing the things that are working!

YOU KNOW THE ANSWERS, IT IS NOT A KNOWLEDGE PROBLEM IT IS A HABIT PROBLEM!
