"I have always trained and eaten well, however things had slipped a little over the last year and I was struggling to get back into a weight loss eating plan.
My first scan weighed me in over what I had expected, giving me clear goals for the 8 weeks. I wanted to lose weight, drop body fat percentage but also increase my muscle mass.
I went into the challenge with 3 rules – trust the process (meaning to follow my eating plan fundamentals), do my strength sessions 3 times a week and to have fun along the way. The energy in the gym and the support I had from the coaches and members was amazing.
The online support, the fitness challengers and team challengers kept me consistent and motivated. Not once did I slip up in the 8 weeks.
I achieved all my goals as well as winning the challenge. I couldn’t believe I had won $1000 for doing something I loved and jumped out of bed for every day, to train in a gym with members I now call my friends and to gain so much knowledge from my coaches.
I’m so ready for the next challenge with new goals to smash – bring it on!"
